The ideal candidate would have both a specialization and a strong record of publication in creative non-fiction with a secondary specialization in fiction, poetry, or some area of literature. Evidence of successful teaching and an enthusiasm for teaching composition and general education literature are also important. Ph.D. or MFA required.
